Unclaimed Property

Each year millions of dollars are left unclaimed when businesses are unable to contact property owners. These funds may be in the form of cash, savings accounts, checking accounts, escrow funds, certified checks, drafts, dividend and interest payments, wages, pension funds, stocks, mutual funds, debentures, bonds, securities, insurance benefits, credit balances, royalties, and many other types of property.

We investigate unclaimed property classified by law as abandoned and recover it for its rightful owner or heir. 

Our Fees

We charge a flat 10% fee contingent upon recovery. After your claim is processed, our fee is paid to us by the holder at the same time they issue your funds. There is no fee if there is no recovery, and we pay for all costs involved in processing your claim. In some cases, ie, where the value is $1,000 or more, you will need to pay a small notarization fee to the notary of your choice.

Typical Process

Upon receiving your signed contract, we will provide you with a homework packet including the claim form(s), instructions, and document checklist. You then return the packet to us and we will prepare a properly assembled claim package that is organized, referenced, and indexed for submission to the appropriate agency for validation and expedited claim processing. 

Processing Time

Some claims can be processed within a few weeks, others can take several months depending upon the type of claim and the agency holding the property.
